Joshua Englin LNHA, Owner
Managing Partner
Joshua obtained his Bachelors in Healthcare Administration from Southwest Florida College. From there, he continued his education through an internship, becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
His love for business and empathy for the healthcare industry has provided him with the knowledge to better services provided through medicine. Joshua’s ability to mirror business and healthcare services assists with the overall experience received at Elite Medical Spa in Sarasota. When he is not found at Elite Medical Spa, Joshua can be found in the kitchen creating another tantalizing meal to please the palate.
Jeff Goldstein, Owner
PA-C, Clinical Director
Jeff double majored in Biology and Chemistry with an Undergraduate Degree from Elmhurst College. Jeff went on to obtain his Physician Assistant Graduate Degree from Midwestern University. Jeff is also a Certified Injector providing medical aesthetics services.
Jeff fell in love with the ability to provide a service through injectables, creating beauty from medicine. His calm demeanor and ability to see what’s not there make him the ultimate artist. When Jeff is not providing services, he can be found in his oasis of a yard, tending to his gardens.
Gina Gatziolis

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. Gina relocated to Lakewood Ranch, Florida in 2022. After decades in the beauty industry, Gina decided to make the change into the Plastic Surgery/Medical Spa world. She has a passion for skin care and helping patients with their needs. When she’s not at work you can find her at the beach with her family.

Leanne Lorenz, APRN

Leanne is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of medical, surgical and procedural experience. Originally from Upstate New York, she began her nursing career caring for surgical orthopedic patients with subsequent experience in the specialties of general surgery, urology, gastroenterology and interventional radiology before finding her passion in medical aesthetics.
She specializes in preventative interventions that address fine lines and wrinkles before they progress into deep, irreversible signs of aging. Certified in dermal filler and neurotoxin administration, she utilizes a multimodal approach to replace age related volume loss while enhancing natural features to achieve balanced and harmonized results.
Outside of injecting, Leanne enjoys spending time outdoors in the beautiful Florida sunshine, trying new foods and appreciating a crisp glass of champagne.
Rachael Costa - Certified Laser

Rachael is a Florida state-licensed and nationally certified electrologist, laser technician, and medical aesthetician. She specializes in dermaplane facials, microneedling, IPL, and Laser Hair Removal. She has worked under a board-certified Plastic Surgeon and dermatologist for over 9 years.
She is friendly and passionate! Rachael’s welcoming nature and ability to make clients comfortable is unmatched. Rachael has helped hundreds of patients rid themselves of embarrassing and unwanted hair using laser, electrolysis, or a combination of both. Rachael is completely objective when determining the best course of treatment. Knowing that many patients are often shy or embarrassed about their appearance due to unwanted hair, she is committed to maintaining an environment of understanding and respect in all aspects of her practice.
Rachael came into the field of esthetics because of her passion for skincare and her strong desire to help her clients feel good about their appearance. Her knowledge and extraordinary touch are enhanced by her ability to customize her treatments to her client’s specific needs. She loves building relationships with clients and strives to treat skincare issues without jeopardizing a positive and relaxing spa experience. She is a native of the Boston area with a corporate training background as well as a former small business owner. Rachael now resides in Sarasota with her husband and their dog Cooper. They love spending any spare time with their two grown sons and they enjoy all that Sarasota, Florida has to offer.

Brandilynn Calderone is a devoted wife, mother to 6 teenagers, it’s a modern-day Brady-bunch, send help! and a passionate Paramedical Esthetician with a holistic approach to skin health. Continuing her practice here at Elite Medical Spas in both Sarasota and Parrish, Florida, with over 20 years of experience in the field.
Her approach is rooted in unbiased clinical research with a deep understanding of holistic wellness; sharing her knowledge and experience to personalize each facial to our client’s specific needs and goals. This balance facilitates a relaxing experience while effectively addressing concerns like signs of aging, malnourished skin, various types of acne, and those with sensitivities. Each client is provided with a personalized treatment plan based on her professional assessment and client goals.
In more recent years, she’s begun honing the craft of natural brow and lash enhancement. Patiently perfecting each client’s unique shape to enhance natural beauty and definition.
