What is the cost of the Elite VIP Botox® Membership?

The cost of your Elite VIP Botox® Membership is only $147 per month.

Your membership entitles you to receive 40 units of Botox® every 90 days.

Members with an active membership in good standing will receive:
  • 10% off additional units of Botox®
  • 10% discount on any regular-priced product, service, or procedure offered in the spa

The membership is for 12 months.

If you cancel your membership before the end of the 12-month term, any unused credits or payments can be used for any regular-priced product, service, or procedure in the spa. However, you will no longer be entitled to the 10% member discount.
To sign up for your Elite VIP Botox® Membership, please contact us at 941-203-5111. Once we process your information:
  • Your membership will be activated and available for viewing in your Client Portal.
  • We will contact you as soon as your membership has been activated.
  • Once activated, you will be eligible for your first appointment in 90 days.
Call Us Today
  • You are eligible for your initial appointment 90 days after your first monthly payment.
  • If paying for the full year in advance, you are eligible immediately.
  • When you come into the spa for your appointment, your account will reflect your membership status and account balance.
  • Upon checkout, a Client Specialist will apply your balance to redeem your benefits
  • At that time, we will also schedule your next appointment.

Terms and Conditions

    • The Elite VIP Botox Membership is a 12 month membership. You have the option to pay monthly or annually.
    • Your first payment is due and payable upon membership activation.
    • The monthly membership fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the day of the month of activation.
    • You are eligible for your first appointment 90 days following the activation and initial payment of your membership. If you choose the annual membership, you can begin your treatment immediately.
    • No refunds. Any unused balance can be used towards any regular priced product or service in the spa.
    • In the event the charge for the monthly membership fee is declined, no additional services will be rendered until the membership is in good standing (paid in full). If after 30 days and a second declined charge, the membership is suspended. If the past due membership fees are not paid after 60 days, the membership is cancelled.
    • If the membership is cancelled for non-payment, the past due balance must be paid in full to reactivate the membership.
    • Pricing subject to change after each 12 month term.
    • If a membership is in good standing when cancelled or terminated, any unused services will remain available for an additional 12 months following the termination date. If the unused services are not used at the end of the 12 months following the termination date, the unused services and any remaining balance or credits will be forfeited.
    • Terms subject to change with a 30 day notice. However, all members are guaranteed to receive full value of their membership.
