Xeomin is a form of botulism toxin that is used to block muscle movement in areas that contribute to wrinkles. It is used in the forehead, typically between the brows to soften frown lines.

Frown lines form when facial expressions are made as the muscle under the skin contracts. Over time, as your skin ages, these repeated expressions cause lasting frown lines and wrinkles. Xeomin blocks the release of chemicals that cause these muscle contractions so frown lines are softened.

Unlike filler, Xeomin only impacts muscle movement, and has no effect on filling deep wrinkles that have already formed.

What other benefits do I receive with my membership?

Members with an active membership, in good standing, will also receive a 10% on additional units of Xeomin®, as well as a 10% discount on any regular priced product, service, or procedure we offer in our spa.

How long is the membership?

The membership is for 12 months.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

If you cancel your membership prior to the end of the 12 month term, any unused credits or payments can be used for any regular priced product, service or procedure in the spa. However, you will not be entitled to the member’s 10% discount

How do I sign up for a membership?

To sign up for your Elite VIP Xeomin® Membership, use the form shown above. Once we process your information, your membership will be activated and available for viewing in your Client Portal. We will contact you as soon as your membership has been activated.

Once activated, you will be eligible for your first appointment in 60 days.

How do I receive my 40 units each quarter?

You are eligible for your initial appointment, 60 days after your first monthly payment or immediately if paying for the full year in advance.

When you come into the spa for your appointment, your account will reflect your membership status and account balance. Upon check out, a Client Specialist will apply your balance to redeem your benefits. At that time, we will also schedule your next appointment.

Jeff Goldstein, PA-C, Owner

Clinical Director

Jeff double majored in Biology and Chemistry with an Undergraduate Degree from Elmhurst College. Jeff went on to obtain his Physician Assistant Graduate Degree from Midwestern University. Jeff is also a Certified Injector providing medical aesthetics services.

Jeff fell in love with the ability to provide a service through injectables, creating beauty from medicine. His calm demeanor and ability to see what’s not there make him the ultimate artist. When Jeff is not providing services, he can be found in his oasis of a yard, tending to his gardens.

Melanie Hartsell, APRN-C

Melanie is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a varied background in the medical field. She obtained her BSN from the State College of Florida and her MSN at Keiser University. Throughout her nursing career, she has worked in specialties such as orthopedics, PCU, PACU, and urgent care. Her true passion is aesthetic medicine and connecting with people. She is committed to listening to her clients and putting together aesthetic plans to achieve the best results. Her favorite treatment is lip rejuvenation! When not at the spa, Melanie loves to travel and spend time with her family and fur babies.

Leanne Lorenz, APRN

Leanne is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of medical, surgical and procedural experience. Originally from Upstate New York, she began her nursing career caring for surgical orthopedic patients with subsequent experience in the specialties of general surgery, urology, gastroenterology and interventional radiology before finding her passion in medical aesthetics.

She specializes in preventative interventions that address fine lines and wrinkles before they progress into deep, irreversible signs of aging. Certified in dermal filler and neurotoxin administration, she utilizes a multimodal approach to replace age related volume loss while enhancing natural features to achieve balanced and harmonized results.

Outside of injecting, Leanne enjoys spending time outdoors in the beautiful Florida sunshine, trying new foods and appreciating a crisp glass of champagne.

Terms and Conditions

The Elite VIP Xeomin Membership is a 12 month membership. You have the option to pay monthly or annually.
Your first payment is due and payable upon membership activation.
The monthly membership fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the day of the month of activation.
You are eligible for your first appointment 60 days following the activation and initial payment of your membership. If you choose the annual membership, you can begin your treatment immediately.
No refunds. Any unused balance can be used towards any regular priced product or service in the spa.
In the event the charge for the monthly membership fee is declined, no additional services will be rendered until the membership is in good standing (paid in full). If after 30 days and a second declined charge, the membership is suspended. If the past due membership fees are not paid after 60 days, the membership is cancelled.
If the membership is cancelled for non-payment, the past due balance must be paid in full to reactivate the membership. Pricing subject to change after each 12 month term.
If a membership is in good standing when cancelled or terminated, any unused services will remain available for an additional 12 months following the termination date. If the unused services are not used at the end of the 12 months following the termination date, the unused services and any remaining balance or credits will be forfeited.
Terms subject to change with a 30 day notice. However, all members are guaranteed to receive full value of their membership.
