COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

The safety and health of our clients and staff are our highest priority. With that in mind, we have implemented the following COVID-19 Safety Guidelines.

SCHEDULING of PATIENT VISITS

No more than 10 patients and staff can be in our facility at any given time.

Patient appointments will be extended for allowing treatment and proper cleaning of treatment rooms and equipment.

Patients are to wear a mask into the facility and treatment area. We will supply a mask if they don’t have one.

Patients will be notified via text reminder 24 prior to their appointment. Patients will be reminded to wear a mask and we will reiterate our safety measures.

When patients arrive, they are to text or call the spa letting us know they are here. There is a screening form with questions that need to be asked before they enter the building. If they say “no” to them all, they can come into the spa and a temperature is to be taken.

If patients are planning on using Brilliant Distinctions or Experience card, they MUST be redeemed prior to the appointment. Please confirm your intent to use a reward card when setting your appointment. This process allows us to facilitate the appointment timely and safely.

Patients are to call when they are in the parking lot for client specialist to ask the screening questions. Again, if they say “yes” to any of the questions, they will have to reschedule their appointments. If patient says “no”, they can come in the spa and the client specialist will do a forehead temperature. If the temperature is greater than 100.0, this will result in treatment cancellation.

Check out process: only one client allowed to check out at a time. Patients must remain in the treatment room until the check out area is cleaned after the last patient. There should be no exchange of pens or pencils.

Only one patient is allowed in a treatment room at a time. No family or friends are allowed in the treatment room together.

Social distancing will be practiced in the spa at all times.
